Announcing PHM’s Diverse Owned Business Lists

As part of our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, we wanted to make it easier, not only for our employees, but for anyone to support culturally and ethnically diverse small businesses.

We have compiled a list of diverse businesses in our home cities and made them easily accessible via Lists in Google Maps. There’s a brief description of most businesses with basic information and some background on the concept and culture of the owners.

Here’s how to access the lists:

Click a city:

Then, click “Follow.” This will add the list to your places in Google Maps and ensure that you always have an up-to-date list. This also ensures that the list will appear under “Lists You Follow” in the Saved tab of your Google Maps app. You can view and browse the list without following, but we recommend following to stay current as we update the lists.
